Cold Rainy Weather? Time For Some Good Cooking!

It's January, and that means that for most of the country it is cold and wet. This is the perfect time for some good cooking. Time to perfect your favorite recipes and show them off to your friends and family. Right now there is a generation that is lost in the kitchen. If it doesn't go into the

microwave then they don't know what to do with it. And that is a shame. While there is a movement to eat fresher, get rid of GMO's, and push companies to have more organics, there is one problem with that. People have to buy fresh, raw ingredients. That means that more people need to learn to cook. If the majority of people either eat out or eat out of

a box, then the push for better raw foods can't win. That means that we need to get up off of our smart phones, well after you are done reading this and watching the videos to go with it, and put the food where are mouths are. I know there are probably over 100 of those quick recipe videos

out there that you want to make, you won't. Well I mean there is a chance you might but probably not. I have seen them and read some of the comments. Most are like "YUM" and "I need to make this!". Even though I don't have any hard facts, I bet that barely 10% of the people that watch those videos actually make them. Many of the videos are not realistic, and the ones that are

catch the eyes of people that can't cook, but sometimes wish that they could. And with no cooking instructions it just leaving people with the craving for a good meal so they go out to eat. I'll be honest, I do have some videos like that, to give a quick, simple recipe. But most of my videos are full
length teaching instructions. Hoping to inspire a generation to figure out what a kitchen is really for. I try to keep them fun, while teaching someone how to cook. So here is hope to bring the younger generations back into the kitchen.
