Winter Is Great For Cooking.

The days are shorter and colder. What better time to fire up the old oven and cook your heart out. This is the best time of year for some good comfort food. The sad thing is there is an entire generation out that can't cook, like at all. And another generation that has mostly lost the skill or will to do so and rely on take out.

I wish that I had more time to get my cooking channel further by the holidays, but that just didn't happen. Though, I am planning on making a push through the winter and add many great cooking videos like this classic treat with a gourmet twist.

And what are the holidays without some chocolate?! You just can't have one without the other.  So here is a great chocolate covered peanut butter ball recipe that your kids should be able to help you with.
